Management Development Certificate Application (35k PDF)
The Management Development Certificate is designed for managers who have not had previous formal management training; newly promoted managers and supervisors who need to learn basic management techniques and skills; and people who want to prepare themselves for management positions.
You can earn a Management Development Certificate by successfully completing 16 three-hour seminars within three years. Participants must be present for the entire three hours of each seminar to receive credit.
You can self-tailor this program to meet your individual learning needs by combining the five core courses:

Special Topics change each session. Participants can sign up for seminars that are of interest and apply to their individual work situation.

Those who have already taken six-hour seminars in the Management Development Certificate Program will only need to take enough three-hour seminars to complete a total of 48 hours. The six-hour Role of the Supervisor seminar counts as both Role of the Supervisor in the New Environment and Role of the Supervisor in Performance Improvement.

Advanced Development Certificate Application (35k PDF)
If you have received your Management Development Certificate or if you have five (5) or more years of managerial experience, you are eligible to work toward an Advanced Management Certificate. This certificate is designed for experienced managers who want to move beyond the fundamentals into more specialized areas of management, and managers who want to keep up to date on the latest management trends.
You can earn an Advanced Management Certificate by successfully completing 16 three-hour seminars within three years. Participants must be present for the entire three hours of each seminar to receive credit.
You can self-tailor this program to meet your individual learning needs by combining the five core seminars:

Those who have already taken six-hour seminars in the Management Development Certificate Program will only need to take enough three-hour seminars to complete a total of 48 hours. The six-hour Role of the Modern Manager seminar counts as both Role of the Modern Manager: A New Positive Approach and Role of the Modern Manager: Understanding, Predicting and Controlling Human Behavior.
Executive Development Certificate Application (35k PDF)
If you have completed the Advanced Management Development Certificate, or if you have ten (10) or more years of experience at the middle or executive level positions, you may begin your Executive Development Certificate. This certificate is designed for experienced managers who want to continue their management training by staying in touch with today's world of business.
You can earn an Executive Development Certificate by successfully completing 16 three-hour seminars within three years. Participants must be present for the entire three hours of each seminar to receive credit.
You can self-tailor this program to meet your individual learning needs by choosing any seminar you have not taken for another certificate.
Special Topics change each session. You can sign up for any seminars that are of interest and apply to your individual work situation.
Those who have already taken six-hour seminars in the Management Development Certificate Program will only need to take enough three-hour seminars to complete a total of 48 hours.
